- excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Contact guests through pre-arrival email and phone calls to welcome them and ascertain their needs and special arrangements
- coordinate and respond to all guest requests by assessing needs and adding personal recommendations
- provide a warm and personal welcome experience to guests
- complete the pre-registration and registration process for all guests
- escort guests to guestrooms and provide orientation of room services and amenities
- offer appropriate departure services including farewell letter and post-departure correspondence
- independently manage VIP groups including requests, in-room amenities, rooming lists, and special billing
- support Front Desk business volumes and assist with guest registration, requests, and check-out
- update daily hotel communication documents to ensure team awareness of VIP arrivals and hotel information
