Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar luxury hospitality roles
  • Knowledge of multicultural service protocols
  • Strong interpersonal and guest relations skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Ability to operate in international and multicultural environments
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Willingness to participate in staff meetings and training
  • Flexibility to undertake secondary duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar roles such as Personal Concierge, Butler or guest experience in luxury resorts
  • Knowledge of multicultural service protocols and standards
  • Strong ability to operate in complex international and multicultural environments
  • Excellent guest relations and problem-solving skills
  • Good planning and execution skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and motivational skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Ability to work independently with a mature, meticulous, and resourceful approach
  • Impeccable follow-through and a positive "can do" attitude

Job Duties

  • Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times
  • Present well-groomed, clean, and pleasant appearance
  • Ensure highest possible guest satisfaction
  • Maintain calm, courteous, and gracious attitude
  • Abide strictly by established operating procedures
  • Act intuitively and engage guests with service
  • Operate and coordinate in-villa services with relevant departments
  • Welcome guests graciously and hold natural and spontaneous conversations
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly any time
  • Maintain good rapport with all resort staff
  • Check VIP rooms personally before arrival for supplies and preferences
  • Serve as key contact for guest enquiries
  • Provide information and booking services for restaurants, spa, water sports, and special dining
  • Stay informed about all resort services, VIP requests, and special events
  • Attend and contribute to staff meetings and training sessions
  • Undertake reasonable tasks and secondary duties assigned by managers
