Job Duties
- Manage the pre-arrival process for guests including coordinating transportation reservations and any special requests
- provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests based on their preferences and needs
- ensure all aspects of the guest's stay are seamless and meet their expectations
- foster positive and lasting relationships with guests by providing exceptional service and anticipating their needs
- handle guest inquiries complaints and special requests promptly and efficiently
- collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth coordination of guest services
- maintain an organized and efficient workspace including accurate record-keeping and documentation of guest interactions
