Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or concierge experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Must demonstrate hospitality values and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in concierge or guest services preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Knowledge of New Orleans attractions and culture is a plus
- Proficiency in reservation and guest service software
- Positive and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Provide personalized concierge services to guests
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with exceptional hospitality
- Offer recommendations and reservations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions
- Coordinate transportation and special requests
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events and amenities
- Support the Guest Services team with daily operations
