  • must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to travel frequently with executives nationwide
  • valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • ability to manage household finances and vendor coordination
  • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily
  • develop a written summary of the food menu in advance for approval
  • shop for fresh ingredients including fruits, vegetables, fresh fish and chicken
  • prepare and serve dinner parties on weekends, holidays and special events
  • maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and clean up after meals
  • keep house organized, tidy and in good repair
  • run errands including markets, pharmacy and pet store
  • coordinate with gardeners, pool maintenance and house repairs
  • maintain checking account for house expenses
  • ensure cars are clean, washed and gassed
  • provide chauffeuring as needed
  • travel with executives within 24 hours notice
