Job Requirements
- minimum three years culinary experience
- culinary training or equivalent preferred
- must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to travel frequently with executives nationwide
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ability to manage household finances and vendor coordination
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily
- develop a written summary of the food menu in advance for approval
- shop for fresh ingredients including fruits, vegetables, fresh fish and chicken
- prepare and serve dinner parties on weekends, holidays and special events
- maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and clean up after meals
- keep house organized, tidy and in good repair
- run errands including markets, pharmacy and pet store
- coordinate with gardeners, pool maintenance and house repairs
- maintain checking account for house expenses
- ensure cars are clean, washed and gassed
- provide chauffeuring as needed
- travel with executives within 24 hours notice
