Job Requirements
- Must be outgoing and comfortable working in other people's kitchens
- Must have reliable transportation and be punctual
- Must own a cell phone
- Must be comfortable attaching and emailing documents
- Must be a talented multi-tasker and able to work quickly
- Must be well-versed in many different ethnic cuisines
- Must be knowledgeable of most special diets
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
- ServSafe certification required
- Proven experience in preparing a wide range of ethnic cuisines
- Knowledgeable in special diets and nutritional restrictions
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare a wide variety of meals according to client preferences and dietary restrictions
- Work in clients' homes adapting to different kitchen environments
- Manage time efficiently to ensure punctuality for appointments
- Maintain communication with clients via phone and email including sending documents
- Apply knowledge of various ethnic cuisines to craft diverse menus
- Adhere to ServSafe food safety standards and certification requirements
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality meal preparation
