Job Duties
- Prepare healthy, family-style dinners for two adults and two children, three afternoons per week
- plan simple, balanced menus focused on lean proteins, vegetables, and starches
- accommodate light preferences such as no red meat for the adult and adaptable proteins for the children
- prepare additional food for children’s lunches the following day when helpful
- utilize leftovers thoughtfully to minimize waste
- maintain a clean, organized kitchen during and after cooking
- prepare a week ahead meal plan for review by the adult
- coordinate grocery needs by shopping directly or communicating with family assistant
- work comfortably around children and contribute to a calm, normal household environment
