Job Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience
- meet scheduling and availability requirements including ability to work varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends
- reliable and dependable attendance
- must be 21 years or older
- must pass required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
- possess valid driver's license or state ID
- compliant with all legal or company regulations for cannabis employment
- ability to perform tasks for prolonged periods including moving about the dispensary, remaining stationary when required, conversing and communicating directly, operating POS and computer systems, preparing orders, inspecting patient/customer information, moving inventory up to 30 pounds, and positioning self to manage storage areas
Job Qualifications

- preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
- meet scheduling and availability requirements including varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends
- reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
- must be 21 years or older
- pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
- possess valid driver's license or state ID
- compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- prior cannabis experience not required
Job Duties
- Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
- play an active part in patients' and/or customers' education on products, methods of consumption, and safety
- utilize product and consumption-method knowledge to recommend a safe and effective regimen suited to each patient and/or customer's needs
- promote a work environment that is positive, communicative, patient and/or customer-oriented
- assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
- provide necessary support to the management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly, and in compliance with applicable rules and regulations
- ensure local and state cannabis regulations are properly enforced and upheld
- ensure sales floor is properly stocked and presence of the store is well maintained and compliant
- maintain hard copy files as required
- follow security measures and safety compliance procedures
- complete duties at assigned workstations such as front of house including check in, sales floor, POS, curbside, roll thru
- back of house duties including fulfillment, receiving, replenishment, inventory counts
- uphold cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the dispensary
- perform other duties as assigned
