Job Requirements

  • Based in Miami with availability for in-person support
  • Ability to manage Miami-based scheduling, appointments, and logistics
  • Skilled in travel coordination and calendar management
  • Capable of preparing checklists, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional discretion
  • Experience or interest in event coordination and execution
  • Ability to liaise effectively with vendors, venues, practitioners, and guests

Job Qualifications

  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Dependable with strong follow-through
  • Clear communicator
  • Experience in events, hospitality, wellness, or executive support is an advantage
  • Comfortable working within defined scope and reporting lines

Job Duties

  • Support Miami-based scheduling, appointments, and logistics for the Founder
  • Assist with travel coordination and local calendar management
  • Prepare simple checklists, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional discretion
  • Coordinate wellness events, talks, private gatherings, and retreats in Miami
  • Liaise with venues, vendors, practitioners, and guests
  • Manage RSVPs, timelines, and event logistics
  • Support on-site execution to ensure smooth guest experience
  • Provide a short post-event summary if requested
  • Execute tasks as assigned by the Founder
  • Track timelines and logistics clearly
  • Support clear communication related to events only
