Job Requirements

- Prior leadership experience

- Bakery department requires one year or more of baking experience
- Meat department requires knowledge of meat cuts and use of meat processing tools

- Strong customer service history
- For bakery department, minimum one year of baking experience
- For meat department, knowledge of meat cutting and processing tools

- Ensure day-to-day operations of the department run smoothly
- Lead and engage the team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Support team’s growth and recognize contributions
- Manage bakery or meat department operations as applicable
- Maintain a seamless shopping experience for customers
- Use time and resources efficiently and effectively
