Job Requirements
- Must hold a valid Florida driver's license or Class A CDL license or willing to obtain Class A CDL through company training
- Ability to drive CDL Class A truck safely and effectively
- Physically capable of unloading and transporting beer inventory weighing up to 186 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work early morning hours starting around 5:00 AM and work Tuesday through Saturday
- Must be able to complete physical agility assessment, drug screen, and background check
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Must be electric pallet jack certified or able to obtain certification through company program
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in distribution or physically demanding roles
- Ability to obtain electric pallet jack certification or complete in-house certification
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid Class A CDL license or willingness to obtain one through company paid training
Job Duties
- Drive truck to deliver product to assigned accounts
- Unload beer from truck using lift gates, hand trucks, powered pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Stock and rotate delivered product in coolers and build in-store displays when required
- Use handheld device to prepare invoices, look up account balances, and input payments for each stop on assigned route
- Communicate with merchandisers, sales representatives, and other vendors to successfully complete the delivery of products
- Represent the company professionally and exceed customer expectations consistently
- Collect payments and take additional orders from customers at delivery points
