Job Duties
- assist servers in their tasks such as setting tables, serving food, refilling glasses, and cleaning tables
- ensure clean and hygienic dining areas
- stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens
- provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience
- help customers with their special requests and dietary restrictions
- assist in the kitchen when necessary by preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes
- resolve customer complaints and relay them to the manager or server if needed
- communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items
- assist with restaurant opening and closing duties
