- No formal education requirement
- ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, pulling, and pushing
- capacity to handle heavy equipment weighing over 50 pounds
- willingness to work indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions
- adherence to safety protocols including use of personal protective equipment
- experience supported by detailed resume descriptions
- completion of assessment questionnaire evaluating dexterity and safety, handling weights and loads, and work practices

Job Duties
- Perform janitorial and custodial services throughout the medical center
- operate heavy powered cleaning equipment such as wall washers and industrial buffers
- ensure adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
- maintain cleanliness in both indoor and outdoor areas
- handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely
- work closely with supervisors to meet facility standards
- follow established procedures and directions carefully
