Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability for early mornings, weekends, and non-traditional schedules
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
- ability to obtain Food Handler or ServSafe certification
- ability to commute to Port Charlotte or Englewood, FL
- physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Focus on guest service, food presentation, and dining area cleanliness
- support food preparation, cooking, and recipe execution in a fast-paced kitchen
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety
- deliver catered meals safely and on schedule
- stock and organize food and supplies
- assist in daily kitchen operations
- follow all safety and sanitation procedures
