Job Requirements
- minimum three years of experience in culinary management within athletic nutrition settings
- knowledge of nutrition needs of athletes
- strong leadership skills
- ability to manage culinary budget and inventory
- excellent communication skills
- bachelor's degree in culinary arts, nutrition, food science, or related field a plus
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- minimum three years of culinary management experience in an athletic nutrition setting preferred
- comprehensive knowledge of nutrition needs of athletes
- familiarity with dietary restrictions, food allergies, and HACCP guidelines
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to manage budgets and inventory
- excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Job Duties
- Develop recipes and implement menus focused on nutrient-dense foods to optimize health and performance
- lead culinary staff including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and termination
- assist in culinary budget establishment including menu costing, inventory tracking, and invoice processing
- implement food serving, storage, and rotation procedures applying FIFO guidelines
- establish relationships with nutritional-minded vendors to source local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients
- prepare meals for business and administration during off-season aligned with player and coach dietary needs
- collaborate with dietitians to advise culinary methods and techniques based on athlete nutrition requirements
