Job Duties

  • Tailor individual meals to meet dietary requirements, allergies, or performance needs
  • Plan and create menus in collaboration with the club dietician that align with nutritional philosophy
  • Seek feedback from players and staff to evaluate food services and menus
  • Optimize budget through control of stock-check, ordering, and replenishment while ensuring financial performance
  • Deliver educational sessions to players about cooking skills and food hygiene in collaboration with the club dietician
  • Manage all kitchen personnel and maintain a professional working environment
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times
