Job Duties
- Tailor individual meals to meet dietary requirements, allergies, or performance needs
- Plan and create menus in collaboration with the club dietician that align with nutritional philosophy
- Seek feedback from players and staff to evaluate food services and menus
- Optimize budget through control of stock-check, ordering, and replenishment while ensuring financial performance
- Deliver educational sessions to players about cooking skills and food hygiene in collaboration with the club dietician
- Manage all kitchen personnel and maintain a professional working environment
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times
