Job Requirements
- Education in culinary arts or related field
- Experience in performance nutrition or sports nutrition
- Proven track record in managing kitchen teams
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of culinary hygiene and safety standards

Job Duties
- Tailor individual meals to meet specific player dietary requirements, allergies, or performance needs
- Collaborate with the club dietician to plan and create culturally influenced menus that complement training demands
- Seek and incorporate feedback from players and staff to improve food services and menus
- Manage inventory with strict control of stock-check, ordering, and replenishment to optimize budget
- Deliver educational sessions with the club dietician to help players develop cooking skills and food hygiene awareness
- Manage all kitchen personnel to maintain a professional and efficient working environment
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and safety standards are consistently upheld
