Job Requirements

  • Education in culinary arts or related field
  • Experience in performance nutrition or sports nutrition
  • Proven track record in managing kitchen teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of culinary hygiene and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Tailor individual meals to meet specific player dietary requirements, allergies, or performance needs
  • Collaborate with the club dietician to plan and create culturally influenced menus that complement training demands
  • Seek and incorporate feedback from players and staff to improve food services and menus
  • Manage inventory with strict control of stock-check, ordering, and replenishment to optimize budget
  • Deliver educational sessions with the club dietician to help players develop cooking skills and food hygiene awareness
  • Manage all kitchen personnel to maintain a professional and efficient working environment
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and safety standards are consistently upheld
