Job Duties
- Perform basic cooking duties independently to prepare food items for student-athletes
- Guide and assist in training less experienced cooks when needed
- Taste and ensure the quality of food products
- Estimate food requirements accurately and requisition necessary supplies and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the Athletics Food & Beverage Services team to meet departmental goals
