Job Requirements

  • Education and relevant catering qualifications
  • Experience working with performance athletes

  • Willingness to work 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Tailor individual meals to meet dietary requirements, allergies, or performance needs
  • Plan and create menus with the club dietician aligning with nutritional philosophy
  • Seek feedback from players and staff to evaluate food services and menus
  • Control budget through stock checks, ordering, and replenishment ensuring financial performance
  • Deliver educational sessions on cooking skills and food hygiene in collaboration with the dietician
  • Manage kitchen personnel maintaining professional standards and hygiene
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and team alignment on standards
