- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Ensure that patrons are being serviced quickly, accurately and politely
- Responsible for knowing the performance bar menu items and the functionality of the Toast POS system, as it relates to these items
- Inspects bar at beginning of shift to ensure all products are available, including ice
- that the bar is clean
- and that the Toast POS system is setup and functioning properly
- Provide direction and assistance to volunteer bar tenders, in order that the bar is running efficiently to maximize sales
- Communicate with Barback/Manager to ensure that the bar does not runout of product during performance
- Must demonstrate excellent accuracy, timeliness and dependability
- Must keep a professional appearance
- Other duties as assigned
