Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older
Previous experience with point-of-sale systems preferred
Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work well with diverse groups of people
Willingness to work part-time shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Must be 21 years of age or older
Experience with Point-of-Sale system (Toast preferred)
Food and beverage industry experience is a plus
Must conduct duties in a positive, professional manner and maintain customer service initiatives
Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personalities

Job Duties

Ensure that patrons are being serviced quickly, accurately and politely
Responsible for knowing the performance bar menu items and the functionality of the Toast POS system as it relates to these items
Inspect bar at beginning of shift to ensure all products are available, including ice
that the bar is clean
and that the Toast POS system is setup and functioning properly
Provide direction and assistance to volunteer bar tenders to ensure the bar is running efficiently to maximize sales
Communicate with Barback/Manager to ensure that the bar does not run out of product during performance
Demonstrate excellent accuracy, timeliness and dependability
Keep a professional appearance
Perform other duties as assigned
