Job Requirements

  • Flexibility to work in multiple departments
  • Weekend, weekday, and holiday availability
  • Morning and evening availability
  • Strong work ethic
  • Availability to work June, July, and August
  • Must be 1 year post high school graduation to be eligible for on-site housing

Job Qualifications

  • Barista and/or bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic drink preparation and safe alcohol service practices
  • Friendly, confident personality with strong guest service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • A team player willing to jump in wherever needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with consistency and care
  • Mix and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly
  • Engage warmly with guests, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, coffee station, and seating areas
  • Manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed
  • Follow proper ID verification and responsible beverage service standards
  • Support overall guest services and collaborate with other departments
