Job Requirements
- Flexibility to work in multiple departments
- Weekend, weekday, and holiday availability

- Availability to work June, July, and August
- Must be 1 year post high school graduation to be eligible for on-site housing
Job Qualifications
- Barista and/or bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic drink preparation and safe alcohol service practices
- Friendly, confident personality with strong guest service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
- A team player willing to jump in wherever needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with consistency and care
- Mix and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly
- Engage warmly with guests, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, coffee station, and seating areas
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed
- Follow proper ID verification and responsible beverage service standards
- Support overall guest services and collaborate with other departments
