Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • able to work flexible shifts including day morning and evening shifts
  • ability to lead and work alongside baristas
  • excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • passion for customer service and teamwork
  • ability to manage time effectively
  • basic knowledge of health department and OSHA standards

Job Qualifications

  • Should be a full-time employee who is passionate about procedures energetic and upbeat with a desire to learn
  • must complete the new barista and the PERCOLator training programs
  • 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Training and supervising appraising staff
  • managing waste
  • dealing with customer complaints and queries
  • maximizing profitability and productivity
  • setting and motivating staff to meet sales targets
  • help preparing promotional displays and materials
  • organize and schedule events
  • schedule events obtaining documentation
  • flexible scheduling
  • ability to work solo shifts
  • ability to lead and work alongside 1-2 baristas
  • communicate repair needs to repair admin in a timely manner
  • order and maintain stock
  • meet or exceed sales goals
  • promote daily sales average for days open
  • attend manager meetings and leadership meetings
  • promote business through community connection
  • ensure equipment is maintained and in good repair to avoid equipment failure
  • ensure organization and equipment meets corporate health department and OSHA standards
  • keep labor goals
  • process bank deposits
  • properly track drawer reconciliation sheet
