Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • ability to sit, stand, and walk for extensive periods
  • ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 10 pounds
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • willingness to comply with UCI Health’s background check, vaccination, and safety policies

Job Qualifications

  • must possess the skills, knowledge, and ability essential to successfully perform assigned duties
  • demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
  • exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to workload
  • ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within a large health system
  • knowledge of university and medical center policies and procedures preferred

Job Duties

  • manage parking lots effectively
  • retrieve and park vehicles promptly
  • provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
