Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or related field preferred
- ability to sit, stand, and walk for extensive periods
- ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 10 pounds
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- willingness to comply with UCI Health’s background check, vaccination, and safety policies
Job Qualifications
- must possess the skills, knowledge, and ability essential to successfully perform assigned duties
- demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
- exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to workload
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within a large health system
- knowledge of university and medical center policies and procedures preferred
Job Duties
