- three to five years of culinary experience
- must possess a valid Clark County Health Department Food Handler Safety Training card
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to exert physical effort up to 50 pounds occasionally
- availability for shift and weekend assignments

Job Duties
- Prepare meal entrees and food for special functions
- prepare the cafeteria and patient menus
- prepare checklists for food handlers
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- monitor and assign work activities
- maintain proper sanitation in food handling
- use kitchen and cafeteria equipment safely
