Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in meal preparation
- prepare salad bar offerings, desserts, and bakery items
- maintain the highest standards of sanitation and safety practices
- procure food inventory and supplies as needed
- properly label and store food items according to safe standards
- operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- keep the work environment clean and sanitary
- perform scheduled cleaning of equipment
