- up to one year of technical training in food preparation
- six to twelve months of related work experience
- food handler certification or ability to obtain within one week
- strong organizational skills
- ability to maintain work area sanitation
- commitment to food safety protocols
Job Qualifications

- completed up to one year of basic technical training in food preparation
- six to twelve months of previous work-related experience
- food handler certification from the city of Paterson or similar
- ability to obtain food handler certification within one week of hire
- maintain food safety certification
Job Duties
- Prepare breakfast
- prepare lunch
- prepare dinner
- perform necessary prep work for daily and next day meal production
- organize work areas
