Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to cover two weekends per month and holidays as needed
- Availability to work shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. with varied start and end times
- Ability to work on a per-diem basis with variable hours
- Effective communication skills
- Customer service orientation

- Experience in healthcare preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Coordinate the operations of the patient information desk
- Welcome and greet patients and visitors
- Assist patients with the navigation program
- Maintain a welcoming environment for patients and visitors
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional customer service
- Manage scheduling flexibility including weekends and holidays
- Monitor visitor flow to facilitate efficient service
