- Flexibility to work 2 weekends per month and holidays as needed
- Availability to work varying shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- Prior healthcare experience helpful
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team

Job Duties
- Coordinate the operations of patient information
- Welcome and greet patients and visitors
- Assist with the navigation program
- Ensure a welcoming environment for patients and visitors
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional customer service
- Support patient and visitor inquiries and needs
- Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction
