Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 or older
  • valid TIPS certification
  • prior bartending experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • physical ability to stand for long periods
  • knowledge of state and local alcohol service laws
  • ability to handle cash and electronic payments accurately

Job Qualifications

  • Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred
  • knowledge of common cocktails and bar techniques
  • must be 21+ and hold any required alcohol service certification
  • valid TIPS certification required
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
  • flexible schedule: must be available for evenings, weekends, and special events as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient bar service
  • prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
  • verify identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state/local laws
  • handle cash and electronic payments accurately
  • set up and break down bar stations for events or shifts
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, equipment, and glassware
  • monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
  • collaborate with event staff or management to ensure smooth service flow
  • respond to guest requests or concerns in a professional manner
  • heat and serve food options
