Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- reliable and adaptable
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- capacity to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally

- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accurate typing skills
- proven ability to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- previous administrative, customer service, or accounting experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Job Duties
- handle incoming customer calls as a professional first point of contact, record service tickets, and coordinate solutions in the market
- reconcile and register driver routes and house route invoices
- receive, count, record, and deposit cash/checks from daily routes
- secure house route monies in safe
- account for all load sheets, invoices, and cash receipts daily
- complete daily route reconciliation for accounting
- process and print quick tickets
- process credit card payments via designated device and record batch in beverage system
- process and post donations and samples requests
- sort and distribute incoming mail
- process outgoing mail as needed
- operate coin and cash counting machine to count full-service vending monies
- post accounts receivable payments and make collection calls/correspondences
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
