Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • reliable and adaptable
  • ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • capacity to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accurate typing skills
  • proven ability to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • previous administrative, customer service, or accounting experience preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent required

Job Duties

  • handle incoming customer calls as a professional first point of contact, record service tickets, and coordinate solutions in the market
  • reconcile and register driver routes and house route invoices
  • receive, count, record, and deposit cash/checks from daily routes
  • secure house route monies in safe
  • account for all load sheets, invoices, and cash receipts daily
  • complete daily route reconciliation for accounting
  • process and print quick tickets
  • process credit card payments via designated device and record batch in beverage system
  • process and post donations and samples requests
  • sort and distribute incoming mail
  • process outgoing mail as needed
  • operate coin and cash counting machine to count full-service vending monies
  • post accounts receivable payments and make collection calls/correspondences
  • perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
