Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Background check and motor vehicle check required
- Must have adequate transportation
- Show up to scheduled shifts on time
- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts
- Comply with company policies
- Show customers we care with quick, accurate and friendly service
- Work together as a team, assisting other team members in completion of tasks
- Perform shift manager duties
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior leadership and kitchen experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to communicate in primary language of location
- Fundamental math skills
- Skilled with multitasking
- Flexibility, humility and a willingness to learn

- Be proactive and take initiative
Job Duties
- Lift, carry, push and/or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Bend, twist, kneel, climb up and down, stoop, reach and grasp objects above or below waistline
- Greet customers, take orders, grill food, assemble meals and process payments efficiently and accurately
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
- Clean dining room, kitchen area, front/behind counter, restrooms, entry and exit locations
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and perform shift manager duties
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
