Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to bend, twist, kneel, climb up and down, stoop, reach, and grasp objects above or below waistline
- Ability to show up for scheduled shifts on time
- Willingness and ability to perform cleaning duties
- Commitment to follow company policies
- Ability to provide quick, accurate, and friendly service to customers
- Be proactive and take initiative
- Must work well within a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the location
- Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a customer service or foodservice role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of proper food safety procedures is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders efficiently and accurately
- Grill food and assemble meals according to PepperJax Grill standards
- Process payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room, kitchen, front and behind counter areas, restrooms, and entry/exit locations
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure cohesive and smooth service
