Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 8-10+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or operations
- demonstrated leadership in project management
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- availability to travel extensively
- U.S. citizenship
Job Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required due to client requirements for aerospace and defense work
- previous professional consulting or operations experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm required
- 8-10+ years of relevant work experience
- flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time
- depth in aerospace, defense, or aviation a plus
- recent project leadership experience
Job Duties
- Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements
- synthesize meaningful insights from data and client discussions
- develop findings and make strategic recommendations
- work directly with clients to implement strategic and operational recommendations
- manage project teams and workstreams
- analyze cost transparency and margin management
- improve sales, marketing, and supply chain processes
- enhance organizational structure and drive process improvement
- manage working capital and SG&A cost reductions
