Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • U.S. citizenship due to Department of Defense client requirements
  • minimum 8 years of professional experience in consulting or related operations
  • previous experience with recognized strategy consulting firms
  • demonstrated leadership in project management
  • availability to travel up to 80 percent
  • strong analytical and communication skills
  • proficiency in data analytics tools
  • ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines under pressure
  • flexibility and adaptability

Job Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship required
  • previous professional consulting or operations experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm required
  • 8-10 plus years of relevant work experience
  • flexibility to travel up to 80 percent of the time
  • depth in aerospace, defense or aviation is a plus
  • recent project leadership experiences
  • strong written, oral and analytical skills
  • sharp data analytics skills including data science, business intelligence, and data visualization

Job Duties

  • Synthesizing meaningful insights from data, facts and discussions with clients
  • developing findings and making strategic recommendations

  • leading cost transparency initiatives including direct and indirect costs
  • managing margin improvements, pricing strategies, and product rationalization efforts
  • enhancing sales and marketing processes, incentives, and effectiveness
