Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
- Professional consulting experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant industry or consulting work
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively up to 80% of the time
- Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in data analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated project management capability
- U.S. citizenship due to security clearance requirements for some client engagements
Job Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required due to Aerospace & Defense client work
- Previous professional consulting or operations experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm required
- 8-10+ years of relevant work experience
- Flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time
- Depth in Aerospace, Defense, or Aviation is a plus
- Demonstrated recent project leadership experience
Job Duties
- Deliver large, complex client engagements by collaborating closely with Aerospace & Defense leadership
- Synthesize meaningful insights from data, facts, and client discussions
- Develop findings and make strategic operational recommendations
- Work directly with clients to implement tailored business solutions
- Lead initiatives involving cost transparency, margin management, pricing, and product rationalization
- Drive improvements in sales and marketing effectiveness, operational productivity, and supply chain strategies
- Manage organizational structure, process improvement, SG&A cost reduction, working capital, and cash management initiatives
