Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years professional consulting or operations experience
- Proven experience leading complex engagements
- Strong analytical, communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to travel frequently up to 80%
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Ability to deliver results under pressure
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent project management skills
- Critical and creative thinking abilities
Job Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required due to client aerospace and defense requirements
- Previous professional consulting or operations experience with recognized strategy consulting firm required
- 8-10+ years of relevant work experience
- Flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time
- Depth in aerospace, defense or aviation is a plus
- Recent project leadership experience
Job Duties
- Synthesizing meaningful insights from data and client discussions
- Developing findings and making strategic recommendations
- Working directly with clients to implement strategic and operational recommendations
- Providing hands-on experience in cost transparency and margin management
- Improving sales, marketing effectiveness, and operations productivity
- Enhancing organizational structure and process improvements
- Managing working capital and executing SG&A cost reduction strategies
