Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
  • 7-10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • previous consulting or operational experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, or related industry
  • flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time
  • strong analytical and communication skills
  • proficiency in data analytics and project management
  • demonstrated leadership in recent projects
  • ability to work effectively in diverse and fast-paced environments
  • valid work authorization for U.S. employment

Job Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of relevant work experience
  • previous professional consulting or operations experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm required
  • depth in airlines and aviation preferred with cross ADAS experience ideal
  • recent project leadership experiences
  • experience working with private equity relationships preferred especially related to aerospace, defense, aviation, and space
  • strong written, oral, and analytical skills
  • sharp data analytics skills including data science, business intelligence, and data visualization
  • proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • structured project management capabilities

Job Duties

  • Lead teams through time-sensitive projects by structuring a performance improvement plan and managing the process through to completion
  • synthesize meaningful insights from data, facts, and discussions with clients
  • develop findings and make strategic recommendations
  • work with clients directly to implement strategic and operational recommendations
  • apply hands-on experience in flight operations, airport operations, maintenance repair and overhaul, procurement, resource and network planning, revenue management, sales and distribution, loyalty programs, technology and digital solutions, air cargo, partner and regional carriers, fleet and financial planning, G&A, insourcing and outsourcing of services, merger integration, on-time performance and other improvement efforts, cost take-out
  • demonstrate cross-industry experience across ADAS sectors
  • manage multiple workstreams and ensure quality and timeliness of project deliverables
  • foster a collaborative team environment and client relationship management
