Job Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of relevant work experience
  • flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time
  • previous professional consulting or operations experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm required
  • depth in airlines and aviation preferred
  • recent project leadership experiences
  • experience working with PE and/or PE relationships is a plus especially related to aerospace, defense, aviation & space

Job Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of relevant work experience
  • previous professional consulting or operations experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm required
  • depth in airlines and aviation preferred with cross ADAS experience ideal
  • recent project leadership experiences
  • experience working with PE and/or PE relationships especially related to aerospace, defense, aviation & space is a plus
  • strong written, oral, and analytical skills
  • sharp data analytics skills including data science, business intelligence, data visualization
  • strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • structured project management skills in time, team, and workstream management

Job Duties

  • Lead teams through time-sensitive projects by structuring a performance improvement plan and managing the process through to completion
  • synthesize meaningful insights from data, facts, and discussions with clients
  • develop findings and make strategic recommendations
  • work with clients directly to implement strategic and operational recommendations
  • provide hands-on consulting or industry experience in flight operations, airport operations, maintenance repair and overhaul operations, airline or aviation procurement, resource planning, network planning, revenue management, sales/commercial/distribution, loyalty programs, technology/IT/digital, air cargo, partners and regional carriers, fleet and financial planning, G&A, insourcing/outsourcing services, merger integration, OTP or other performance improvement efforts, cost take-out
  • lead project management with structured time, team, and workstream management
  • communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • maintain flexibility and creative thinking under pressure
