Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship due to client requirements
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience
- Previous consulting or operations experience with a recognized strategy firm
- Flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time
- Ability to lead complex projects and teams
- Proficiency in data analytics and project management tools
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Job Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required due to client security needs
- Over 10 years of relevant work experience
- Previous professional consulting or operations experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm required
- Strong project leadership experience
- Experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Aviation preferred
- Experience working with private equity firms a plus
Job Duties
- Leading teams through time-sensitive projects by structuring and managing performance improvement plans
- Synthesizing insights from data, facts, and client discussions to develop strategic recommendations
- Collaborating directly with clients to implement operational and strategic recommendations
- Driving improvements in cost transparency, margin management, and product rationalization
- Enhancing sales and marketing effectiveness including process and incentive optimization
- Optimizing sales and operations planning, sourcing, and global supply chain management
- Leading efforts in organizational structure optimization, process improvements, SG&A cost reduction, and working capital management
