Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- U.S. citizenship required due to client requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant consulting or operations experience
- Proven professional consulting or operations experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in the Aerospace, Defense or Aviation industry preferred
- Demonstrated project leadership experience
- Ability to work under time pressure and deliver quality results
- Experience working with private equity relationships a plus
Job Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required due to client requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Previous professional consulting or operations experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm required
- Depth in Aerospace, Defense or Aviation preferred
- Recent project leadership experiences
- Experience working with private equity and/or private equity relationships is a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Sharp data analytics skills including data science, business intelligence, and data visualization
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured project management skills including time, team and workstream management
- Initiative and drive

- Client relationship building skills
Job Duties
- Lead teams through time-sensitive projects by structuring performance improvement plans and managing processes through to completion
- Synthesize meaningful insights from data, facts and client discussions
- Develop findings and make strategic recommendations
- Work directly with clients to implement strategic and operational recommendations
- Apply expertise in direct and indirect cost transparency, margin management, pricing and product rationalization, sales and marketing effectiveness, sales and operations planning, sourcing and global supply chain, operations management and productivity, organizational structure and effectiveness, process improvement, SG&A cost reduction, working capital and cash management
- Manage client engagements to deliver results on time and on quality under time pressure
