Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field
  • minimum 10 years of professional experience in consulting or operations
  • proven leadership in managing complex projects
  • strong data analytics and visualization skills
  • excellent written and oral communication
  • advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams
  • flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time
  • U.S. citizenship is required

Job Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship required due to client requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • previous professional consulting or operations experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm required
  • depth in aerospace, defense, or aviation preferred
  • recent project leadership experience
  • experience working with private equity or private equity relationships is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead teams through time-sensitive projects by structuring and managing performance improvement plans
  • synthesize insights from data, client discussions, and facts
  • develop findings and make strategic recommendations
  • work directly with clients to implement strategic and operational recommendations
  • engage in consulting projects covering cost transparency, margin management, sales and marketing effectiveness, supply chain, operations management, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, SG&A cost reduction, and working capital management
