Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field
- minimum 10 years of professional experience in consulting or operations
- proven leadership in managing complex projects
- strong data analytics and visualization skills
- excellent written and oral communication
- advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams
- flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time
- U.S. citizenship is required
Job Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required due to client requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- previous professional consulting or operations experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm required
- depth in aerospace, defense, or aviation preferred
- recent project leadership experience
- experience working with private equity or private equity relationships is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead teams through time-sensitive projects by structuring and managing performance improvement plans
- synthesize insights from data, client discussions, and facts
- develop findings and make strategic recommendations
- work directly with clients to implement strategic and operational recommendations
- engage in consulting projects covering cost transparency, margin management, sales and marketing effectiveness, supply chain, operations management, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, SG&A cost reduction, and working capital management
