Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • U.S. citizenship required due to client requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • professional consulting or operations experience with recognized strategy consulting firm required
  • ability to travel up to 80% of the time
  • depth in aerospace, defense, or aviation preferred
  • demonstrated leadership in recent projects
  • experience with private equity relationships preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead teams through time-sensitive projects by structuring performance improvement plans and managing implementation
  • synthesize meaningful insights from data, facts, and client discussions
  • develop findings and make strategic recommendations
  • work directly with clients to implement strategic and operational recommendations
  • drive improvements in cost transparency, margin management, pricing, and product rationalization
  • optimize sales effectiveness, marketing processes, incentives, and sales and operations planning
  • enhance sourcing, supply chain, operations management, productivity, and organizational effectiveness
  • improve processes, reduce SG&A costs, and manage working capital and cash flow effectively
