Job Requirements

- U.S. citizenship required due to client requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- professional consulting or operations experience with recognized strategy consulting firm required
- ability to travel up to 80% of the time
- depth in aerospace, defense, or aviation preferred
- demonstrated leadership in recent projects
- experience with private equity relationships preferred

Job Duties
- Lead teams through time-sensitive projects by structuring performance improvement plans and managing implementation
- synthesize meaningful insights from data, facts, and client discussions
- develop findings and make strategic recommendations
- work directly with clients to implement strategic and operational recommendations
- drive improvements in cost transparency, margin management, pricing, and product rationalization
- optimize sales effectiveness, marketing processes, incentives, and sales and operations planning
- enhance sourcing, supply chain, operations management, productivity, and organizational effectiveness
- improve processes, reduce SG&A costs, and manage working capital and cash flow effectively
