Job Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- Must hold a high school diploma or GED
- Must have absolute flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended multi-day trips on short notice
- Must reside within or be willing to relocate within a two-hour driving radius of the Peoria base airport
- Ability to successfully complete a 6-week intensive flight attendant training program

- Knowledge of safety protocols related to Airbus and Boeing aircraft
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively under unpredictable schedules
Job Duties
- Maintain a state of mission readiness during on-call periods
- Report to the airport within two-to-three hours when contacted
- Seamlessly integrate into newly formed crew configurations
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of safety protocols across multiple aircraft types
- Deliver Delta's standard of hospitality including complex meal services
- Handle sudden itinerary changes and extended layovers with professionalism
- Provide warm, empathetic care to passengers throughout the flight
