Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality events operations or office management preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- proficiency with office software and technology
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- be the primary steward of the in-office experience culture and hospitality
- create an environment where employees feel welcomed supported and proud to bring others
- act as the first point of contact for visitors candidates and partners setting the tone from the moment they arrive
- design and run thoughtful onsite moments team events rituals celebrations and gatherings
- own the operational details that make the office feel seamless food coffee vendors space flow company swag
- coordinate onsite events and executive team travel as needed
- manage relationships with contractors service providers and partners supporting the office
- anticipate needs solve problems before they’re visible and sweat the details others overlook
- partner closely with leadership on special projects related to people and operations including things like company all-hands or other corporate communications
- help shape how this role and the broader people function evolves as we grow
