Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-6 years of human resource experience
  • 3 years in an HR leadership role
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage associate relations documentation and conduct investigations
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment law compliance
  • Ability to implement and coordinate training programs
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of human resource experience
  • 3 of which were in an HR leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must have a diverse human resources background with experience including, but not limited to, employee relations, benefits and compensation, training, compliance, and recruitment
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • daily use of nearly all programs will occur

Job Duties

  • Make the impossible possible
  • Think big, solve problems and get to the root of concerns, no matter how complex, be proactive and reactive in creating and implementing solutions
  • Implement, coordinate and execute training programs, as well as identify and drive improvements for the training programs and processes
  • Cultivate and execute people plans for associate recognition programs, employee relations, total rewards benefit programs, performance management and recruitment retention strategies
  • Manage associate relations documentation and conduct investigations in accordance with Director of People
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
