Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-6 years of human resource experience
- 3 years in an HR leadership role
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage associate relations documentation and conduct investigations
- Knowledge of federal and state employment law compliance
- Ability to implement and coordinate training programs
- Strong problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- 4-6 years of human resource experience
- 3 of which were in an HR leadership role
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have a diverse human resources background with experience including, but not limited to, employee relations, benefits and compensation, training, compliance, and recruitment
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- daily use of nearly all programs will occur
Job Duties
- Make the impossible possible
- Think big, solve problems and get to the root of concerns, no matter how complex, be proactive and reactive in creating and implementing solutions
- Implement, coordinate and execute training programs, as well as identify and drive improvements for the training programs and processes
- Cultivate and execute people plans for associate recognition programs, employee relations, total rewards benefit programs, performance management and recruitment retention strategies
- Manage associate relations documentation and conduct investigations in accordance with Director of People
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
