Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a union environment required
- Strong understanding of New York wage and hour laws
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Manager experience
- A practical, people-first approach with sound judgment and discretion
- Comfort supporting fast-moving operations such as hospitality, retail, or food service
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in a highly interactive environment

Job Duties
- Act as a hands-on HR partner to field leadership and airport operations
- Support employee relations, performance conversations, and leader coaching
- Work within a unionized environment, partnering thoughtfully on labor-related matters
- Guide compliance with New York wage and hour laws and employment practices
- Collaborate with Regional and Corporate People teams on initiatives and programs
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and engagement efforts that strengthen the team
