Job Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in enterprise-level corporate or business events
  • experience in People (HR) or workplace experience design
  • proven ability to design outcome-driven teammate experiences and events
  • experience managing budgets and vendors
  • experience with program measurement
  • ability to work across cross-functional teams
  • must live within commutable distance of Draper, Utah
  • must work a hybrid schedule in office
  • experience supporting remote-first or hybrid workplace culture programs
  • strong project management skills
  • creative thinker with structured and intentional execution

  • willing to travel nationally

Job Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level corporate/business events or People (HR) and workplace experience design
  • Demonstrated ability to build and own large-scale organizational or teammate experience programs
  • Proven track record designing outcome-driven teammate experiences and events aligned to People strategy and business goals
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, program measurement, and cross-functional execution
  • Experience supporting remote-first or hybrid workplace culture programs
  • Strong creative thinking paired with structured, intentional, and execution-focused skills
  • Excellent project management and program discipline
  • Effective collaboration skills to work across teams for cohesive experiences
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to iterate based on feedback
  • Alignment with collaborative, optimistic, intentional, and thoughtful company culture

Job Duties

  • Lead the design and execution of remarkable in-person events
  • Plan and execute new hire culture onboarding programs
  • Plan and execute high-impact, business-first in-person events that drive collaboration and engagement
  • Design experiences with measurable impact linked to collaboration, communication, and values alignment
  • Own the Utah teammate experience strategy and scale culture programming for remote/hybrid teams
  • Develop and execute enterprise teammate events across high-density hubs in the US
  • Build scalable event frameworks, toolkits, and processes for aligned and outcome-driven experiences
  • Measure program success using insights and ROI data to shape future strategy
  • Manage event budgets, vendor partnerships, and forecasting
  • Support ad hoc enterprise programs such as leadership summits and team meetings
  • Travel nationally for event execution as needed
  • Manage swag store operations including inventory, vendor relationships, and fulfillment
  • Plan and execute enterprise swag gifts and custom swag packages for culture and recognition
