Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources organizational development business administration communications or related field required
- 2-4 years experience in employee engagement onboarding organizational development learning development or HR support required
- Experience facilitating workshops learning sessions or cultural initiatives strongly preferred
- Prior experience with knowledge management systems and collaboration tools desirable
- Exposure to credit unions banking or financial services industry environments preferred but not required
- Professional certifications such as PHR SHRM-CP CPLP ATD or similar are a plus and encouraged
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trust across all levels
- Excellent written skills and active listening abilities
- Highly organized detail-oriented and efficient with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills proactive in recommending improvements
- Demonstrates alignment with REV DNA including integrity ambition passion humility emotional intelligence

Job Duties
- Serve as liaison with the Knowledge Base vendor ensuring accurate structure across departments branches and groups
- Coordinate updates to procedures with cross-department contributors
- Track and analyze utilization metrics to strengthen adoption and effectiveness
- Manage scheduling agendas communications and logistics for REV Employee Orientation sessions
- Coordinate with hiring managers and presenters to ensure seamless onboarding experience
- Support re-boarding efforts reinforcing cultural integration and engagement
- Partner with REV Learns to gather and act on feedback for new hire transitions
- Collect and maintain updated departmental SLAs functional and prioritization charts biannually
- Partner with Marketing to ensure SLA and Standards documents accessibility on SharePoint
- Educate departments on use of SLAs and connection to survey results and service standards
- Support administration of recognition and reward programs
- Coordinate calendars and communications for cultural and engagement events
- Partner with Marketing and Employee Community Engagement Leadership Team to promote initiatives like REV Crashers Spirit Week REV Day and RD4G
- Assist with flagship initiatives including Humans of REV Between 2 Fins podcast and Mentor Program
- Co-facilitate REV DNA Helicase and Helix sessions monthly
- Manage registration attendance communications and feedback for REV DNA sessions
- Assist in creating quick hits workshops and microlearning modules to reinforce learning
- Partner with leaders to integrate DNA course content into everyday team practices
- Perform related duties as assigned
