Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 3 years of relevant culinary experience
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • ability to follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness
  • good communication skills
  • willingness to work full-time in a non-management capacity

Job Duties

  • Prepare special meals or substitute items

  • ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish
  • maintain food logs
  • monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared
  • communicate assistance needed during busy periods
